Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use RideGlobus to search for and book car rentals and airport transfers.
Our role
RideGlobus is a booking agent. Your rental or transfer contract is with the supplier named in your confirmation, on the supplier’s rental or service terms, which are shown before you book.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your chosen currency for display; you are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Items marked as payable locally are paid to the supplier.
Changes and cancellations
Most car rentals can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up, and transfers up to 24 hours before. The exact policy is shown on your booking.
Liability
We are responsible for the booking service we provide. The supplier is responsible for the vehicle and the journey.
